Yulon 29

An example of the second variant of the slightly revised model which replaced the Yulon 30 in early 1950. The earlier variants had one-piece beehive cooling jacket/head units. An early example of this engine powered Brian Hewitt's 1950 winning model in the Gold Trophy event for C/L stunt. For the full story of the Yulon range, see the article on the late Ron Chernich's "Model Engine News" (MEN) web-site.
